Case Sharing
COB packaged LED display screen directly integrates and packages the LED chip on the PCB, and uses a special process to form the optical component. It no longer uses a frame (bracket), which effectively solves the problem of producing a larger LED volume due to the inability of separate devices to further reduce the size of the LED. The pain points of LED displays with small dot pitches. COB technology can achieve a point spacing of 0.5mm using the formal mounting process, and a minimum dot pitch of 0.1mm using the flip-chip process.
