For example, the PCB board has strict production requirements in terms of manufacturing. By sewing the light-emitting chip directly on it, the heat can be quickly exported, thereby extending the life of the LED display.
2.Effectively suppress moire patterns. Moire is the water ripple phenomenon that occurs when we use photography equipment to take pictures of display screens. This phenomenon has always been an area that needs to be continuously improved in the Led display industry. There are many ways to eliminate moire, but they all require the use of other tools. COB LED displays are not required and can directly and effectively suppress moire patterns, helping studios and press rooms to work more efficiently.


3.The picture is more delicate and clear. The presence of particles when viewed at close range is an unavoidable problem in large-spacing LED displays. Unlike liquid crystals, Led displays are displayed by a combination of LED lights, so there will be a certain distance between the lights. Although in the SMD package The LED display screen below has reached the micro-pitch of P0.9, but the limitations of the SMD process cannot achieve a smaller pitch, while the COB process can achieve P0.3, which is almost close to the existence of liquid crystal. Comparing LCD and LED displays, except for the particle phenomenon, LED displays almost win in other aspects: energy consumption, color, display screen, etc. (There is almost no graininess at P1.0 spacing)
4.The weight of the cabinet is lighter and thinner. The large screen is assembled by Led display, so the weight of the cabinet is a critical issue during the construction process. Although the cabinet of small spacing LED display can easily build a large screen, the cob led display The screen is 3/1 of the weight of the small-pitch LED display box, which is more convenient for the construction of large screens.
