1. Reduce the dead light rate of display screen lights and ensure the stability of the screen body
The traditional LED display screen has a dead light rate of tens of thousands of times according to industry standards, but small pitch LED small displays still cannot achieve it. If according to past standards, there is one dead light per 10000 square meters, and the display screen is almost impossible to see. So the dead light rate of small pitch LED displays must be controlled at one in 100000 or even one in a million to meet the needs of long-term use. Otherwise, if a large number of dead lights appear for a period of time, users will not be able to accept it.
2. Realize low brightness and high gray
Many people know that human body sensing lights are different from outdoor displays that require high brightness, refresh rate, and energy efficiency. Indoor displays require even lower brightness. Experiments have shown that from the perspective of human eye sensitivity, the brightness of LED (active light source) is twice that of passive light sources. In terms of specific data, the optimal brightness for small pitch LED entering indoor environments is between 200-400 cd/m2. But the grayscale loss caused by reducing brightness needs to be supplemented through technology. At a 2016 Lianchengfa exhibition, the Large Screen Display Performance Network released test samples of small pitch LEDs and provided testing methods and standards. Tests showed that currently, only a few LED display screen manufacturers can achieve low brightness and high gray simultaneously, and most manufacturers need to make certain improvements.
3. Standard resolution of signal source
Unlike outdoor displays, outdoor advertising selects content and displays that are suitable for playback based on the resolution of the display screen. There are certain standards for indoor display signal sources. As an LED display screen manufacturer, it is not necessary to require indoor signal sources to adapt to the resolution of the display screen, but to adapt to the needs of indoor signal sources, design and ensure corresponding resolutions, in order to meet user needs as much as possible.
