As an outdoor advertising LED display screen, it has much higher environmental requirements than general displays. In the process of using outdoor led display screen, due to the different environment, it is often affected by high temperature, typhoon, rainstorm, lightning and other bad weather. In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the display screen in adverse weather conditions, we must take preventive measures to ensure its safe operation. Below is an introduction to the preventive measures for outdoor LED displays in adverse weather conditions.
1.Anti high temperature. Outdoor LED display screens usually have a large area and consume a lot of power during application, resulting in a large amount of heat dissipation. In addition, with high external temperatures, if the heat dissipation problem cannot be solved in a timely manner, it may lead to problems such as circuit board heating and short circuits. In production, it is necessary to ensure that the display circuit board is in good condition, and try to choose a hollow design in the shell design, which is conducive to heat dissipation. When installing, it is necessary to adhere to good ventilation of the display screen according to the equipment situation. If necessary, install heat dissipation devices on the display screen, just like installing air conditioning or fans inside to help the display screen dissipate heat
2.Typhoon prevention
Outdoor LED display screens are installed in different locations and methods, including wall mounted, embedded, pillar mounted, and suspended. So during the typhoon season, in order to prevent the outdoor LED display screen from falling off, there are strict requirements for the load-bearing steel frame structure of the display screen. The engineering unit must strictly follow the typhoon resistance level standards for design and installation, and have a certain level of seismic resistance to ensure that outdoor LED display screens do not fall and cause harm to personnel.
3.Rainproof
Due to the rainy weather in the south, the LED display screen itself must have a high level of waterproof protection to avoid being eroded by rainwater. In outdoor environments, outdoor LED display screens should achieve an IP65 protection level. The module should be encapsulated through glue filling. Choose a waterproof box, and connect the modules to the box with waterproof rubber rings.
